What are NBR™ Hair Extensions?
Natural Beaded Rows™ Hair Extensions are an exclusive hand-tied hair extension method created by Danielle K. White of DKW Styling. We custom color our clients’ hair and their extension hair creating a seamless blend. The hair extensions are placed in rows in the hair by creating a “track” with an exclusive bead and string technique. Wefts are then placed on the track and sewn in. The extensions are then cut and blended to our clients’ hair to create a natural and beautiful look!

I do package pricing for all NBR services to ensure we never skip any steps. This ensures a seamless blend as well as everything you need for success! Your first/new install service includes:

Do you schedule COLOR ONLY appointments?
I do not currently offer stand alone color services. I only offer color services with NBR extensions. If you would like a color only service, please schedule with one of our talented colorists at Elle Society Salon
Do you use human hair?
ISLA Hand-Tied Hair has been specifically designed for the NBR® Method, and supports our mission of giving you a more natural and fuller appearance, softer and better color blends, while ensuring your hair extensions not only look healthy, but also lasts much longer.
It's all 100% Remy Hair, comes with Less Silicone, and the color is pre-rooted and pre-toned for amazing blends. AND the Cuticle is intact. For YOU, this means less tangle, less shed, and more longevity.
Plus, ISLA Hair is double drawn which means it is the same length, so you get thick, full hair from roots to ends - blending beautifully with all hair lengths - even if you have chin length bobs.
Does the hair come in different textures?
I currently offer straight, curly and wavy textures.
How often do they have to be maintained?
Natural Beaded Rows™ Hair Extensions need to be maintained every 6-8 weeks.
Who is a candidate for NBR™?
The ideal candidate for NBR™ has, at a minimum, shoulder length hair. Since NBR™ is customizable, we suggest filling out our client consultation application.
How Much do they cost?
The cost for NBR varies and completely depends on your starting point and goals! The average cost for your first time appointment with me will range from $1500-3000. But don’t let that scare you! You could be anywhere on that spectrum which is why it is so important to submit an Application for a FREE Consultation.
Can I put my hair up in a ponytail while wearing NBR™?
NBR can be worn in multiple different styles without showing. You can even throw your hair in a ponytail and head to the gym without having to look in the mirror to make sure anything is showing, and your ponytail will even be “Instagram Worthy.”
Plus, NBR® also holds curls really well, doesn't get as oily as most natural hair, and is the perfect hair solution for a busy, active life-style.
At your appointment, we'll discuss, show and teach you different styles that not only looks amazing, but also easy, quick and efficient to do.
Can I use conditioner on my NBR™ Hair Extensions?
Yes, you are able to use conditioner without worrying that it will loosen your hair extensions.
Can I go swimming and do activities with my NBR™ Hair Extensions?
Yes, you can swim and do activities with your NBR™ Hair Extensions. We suggest wearing it in a loose braid or ponytail and brushing with a wet brush and leave-in conditioner every time you get out of the water.
How often do I have to get new hair?
I suggest getting new hair every 6-8 months.
What days of the week are you available for scheduling?
New Guest scheduling is available on Mondays and Fridays.
How do I schedule?
The first step to scheduling is by submitting an NBR Application. This will provide me with all of the information I need to determine if you are a candidate for my services as well as allows me to provide you with an accurate estimate based on your needs and goals. After receiving your customized quote, we may proceed with a virtual phone consultation.
During this consultation we will go over your current “hair reality" as well as determine your goals with NBR and the costs required to achieve those goals.
At the end of this consultation, if we both feel we are a great fit, you will be invited to submit a reservation retainer and schedule your customized NBR Experience!
